Step 2Installation & permissions
  1. Download the official APK from teletalker.app.
  2. Install and allow "unknown sources."
  3. Launch and grant all permissions: Phone, Microphone, Contacts, SMS, Storage.
Tip

Disable battery optimization so the background service keeps running.

Step 3Connect the voice engine

TeleTalker uses an external API key to generate lifelike speech.

  1. Generate an API key from ElevenLabs or Ultravox.
  2. Go to Settings → Voice Engine.
  3. Paste the key and save, then pick a voice.
Step 4Crypto-based billing

Prepaid credit via NOWPayments. Rate: $0.05 / minute.

  1. Select a credit pack (e.g. $10 = 200 minutes).
  2. Complete the crypto transaction (e.g. BNB on BSC).
  3. Wait for the payment confirmation (usually under 5 minutes).

Ignore any earlier "$0.85/min" or "$0.45/mo" references — the current rate is $0.05 per minute.

Step 5Disclose the AI & recording

Because the voice is lifelike and calls are recorded, set an opening line that tells callers both — automatically, at the start of every call.

Set in Agent → Persona → Greeting
"Hi, this call is handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded for service quality. How can I help you?"
One line, two duties

It handles AI disclosure and recording notice together. Translate it for each language your agent speaks, and see the Compliance & Responsible Use guide for consent, retention, and per-country rules.

Step 7Schedule an outbound call
  1. Open the Calendar tab.
  2. Tap the + button to open the scheduler.
Anatomy of a scheduled task

📞 Phone number — the recipient.

👤 Contact name — context for your logs.

🕐 Date & time — when the call fires.

🎯 Call purpose — the instruction script for the AI (keep under 300 characters).

Be direct and specific about the goal so the AI stays on task.
