The Services include subscription-based usage measured per minute of call time (currently billed at $0.05 per minute) along with any associated prepaid balances or custom service fees. This Policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations, ensuring clarity and fairness for both the customer and Teletalker.

Teletalker operates on a subscription model where customers deposit funds into their account, which is then debited based on the total call minutes used. For example, a customer may top up their account with $10, enabling them to use the service until their available balance is exhausted.
