This Refund/Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all customers who purchase Teletalker services (“Services”) through our website at https://teletalker.app or via any other sales channel. By purchasing our Services, you agree to the following terms.
Teletalker Digital Solution is an AI-powered call assistant that automates inbound and outbound calls on rooted Android devices, handling SIM card. The Services include subscription-based usage measured per minute of call time (currently billed at $0.05 per minute) along with any associated prepaid balances or custom service fees. This Policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations, ensuring clarity and fairness for both the customer and Teletalker.
2.1 Subscription Model:
Teletalker operates on a subscription model where customers deposit funds into their account, which is then debited based on the total call minutes used. For example, a customer may top up their account with $10, enabling them to use the service until their available balance is exhausted.
2.2 Billing and Payment:
All fees are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable once the Services have been rendered, except as provided for in this Policy.
3.1 Non-Refundable Items:
Subscription Fees: Subscription fees, once billed, are non-refundable.
Usage Fees: Call fees for minutes consumed (at $0.05 per minute) are non-refundable once the call has been processed by the system.
3.2 Refund Conditions:
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Billing Errors: In the event of a confirmed billing error where the customer has been overcharged due to system malfunction or miscalculation, a refund for the overcharged amount may be issued.
Service Outage: If a significant, verifiable service outage occurs (e.g., Teletalker is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our side), and the outage directly results in unused funds that cannot be utilized, a prorated refund may be granted.
Cancellation Before Service Activation: If a customer cancels their account before any Services (such as call handling or API integration) have been activated, they may be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
All refund requests are subject to our review process and approval based on documentation and evidence provided by the customer.
4.1 Cancellation by Customer:
Customers may cancel their Teletalker account at any time by following the cancellation procedure on our website or through customer support.
Once an account is canceled, no further Services will be provided, and any remaining balance will not be refunded unless specified under the Refund Eligibility section (i.e., cancellation before Service Activation).
Any pending or outstanding usage fees incurred prior to cancellation will remain payable.
4.2 Cancellation by Teletalker:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a customer’s account immediately and without prior notice if:
The customer breaches any of these Terms or this Policy.
We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
In case of unavoidable technical or legal issues that necessitate discontinuation of the Services.
In such cases, Teletalker may, at its sole discretion, issue a prorated refund for unused funds or remaining portions of a billing period, after deducting any applicable costs.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above conditions:

Review Process: Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and begin the review process. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Resolution: Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Teletalker Digital Solution may amend this Refund/Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
